LOVECHROME combs are carefully crafted precision products and should be handled with care. Like ceramics or glass, they may break if dropped or subjected to strong impact.
Due to the nature of our hair care and grooming products, we do not accept general returns for change of mind or reasons unrelated to product condition.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once we confirm the condition, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
For purchases made through Amazon, retailers, salons, or other locations outside of LOVECHROME’s official store, please contact the original seller directly for their return and replacement policies.
