LOVECHROME combs are fragile, similar to ceramics and glass, and can break if dropped. No returns are accepted after purchase. If a product arrives damaged, please send it back for inspection, and we will send a replacement. For purchases made on Amazon, or at retailers, salons and locations other than LOVECHROME, please contact the seller directly for their return policies and procedures.
