Lovechrom's manufacturing plants have been promoting environmental conservation efforts since the company's establishment in 1963. We are actively challenging to achieve the "17 Goals" of the SDGs by becoming a company registered in the 6th term of the "SDGs Promotion Company Registration System" established by Nagano Prefecture in November 2020!
Wastewater and resource recycling
Reclaims up to 40 t/h of wastewater
The Lovechrom plant recycles up to 40 tons/hour of factory wastewater, which is collected in a total of seven separate systems according to raw materials, and circulated as recycled metal resources. In addition, the plant has installed a 150-ton underground tank for emergency leakage to minimize environmental impact even in the event of a disaster.

Closed system with large wastewater recycling equipment
In the plant, we use vacuum concentration equipment to maximize the usable life of raw material solutions and to reduce wastewater. We aim to further develop our closed system with in-process recycling rings and large wastewater recycling equipment to completely close the wastewater system in the future.
In-house collection of plastic recycling and metal resources
Rare metals such as pure gold and ABS plastic are used in LOVE CHROME®. We are working to separate and recover the plastic and metal parts using our proprietary methods and recycle them into metal and resin as valuable resources.
